HW FOR APRIL
Go through all of the Reformer 1 exercises from this weekend, and familiarize with basic verbal cueing. When ready, start adding cueing based on movement goals, and weave in cueing based on muscular contractions and ROM. Especially practice the following exercises for round robin style of teaching:
