LIVE Workshops & Masterclasses
Let’s enhance your skills, confidence, and clarity as a teacher through live workshops and masterclasses.
Join me live — either virtually or at your studio — to move beyond the surface and truly experience the work in your own body. Because when you feel and understand what you’re teaching on a deeper level, your cueing becomes clearer, your teaching becomes more intuitive, and your clients feel the difference.
At Your Studio & Virtual
There are two ways to train with me:
Live Virtual Workshops
(2–2.5 hours)
In-Person Workshops at Your Studio
(2.5 - 6 hours)
I’m continuously expanding my library of resources and traveling to studios to support teachers in a more hands-on, immersive way.
LIVE IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS & MASTERCLASSES AT YOUR STUDIO
Continuing Education at Your Studio
These workshops are an opportunity to elevate not just individual teachers, but your entire team. They create a shared language, strengthen consistency, and deepen connection within your studio.
We’ll workshop concepts that apply to the context of your space, your students, and your programming — so everything feels immediately applicable.
Optional add-ons include:
✔️ Private sessions
✔️ Small group breakout sessions for studio-specific questions

UPCOMING LIVE/ONLINE VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS & MASTERCLASSES
The Dynamic and Strong Core
DATE: June date will be announced soon
This 2.5-hour virtual workshop is for Pilates teachers who want a clearer, more accurate understanding of how the core actually works through a functional movement lens in a Pilates context, and how to teach it effectively.
We’ll address common misconceptions around core activation, breath, and load management, and break down how the core functions to create both stability and adaptable movement. You’ll learn how this directly impacts strength, spinal support, and overall movement quality.
This workshop focuses on translating theory into practice. You’ll learn how to give precise, actionable cues that help your students feel their core in all planes of movement—without gripping or bracing and while building true strength.
What We’ll Cover:
Functional anatomy and biomechanics of the core within the Pilates framework
How to teach breath and core engagement in a way that actually translates to movement
Breakdown of foundational Reformer exercises to identify and teach key core mechanics
Strategies to improve student connection, consistency, and progress
How to build core-focused sequences that prime students for quality movement and progress them in their practice
Format: A practical workshop grounded in application. We’ll cover key concepts, then move into Reformer-based exercise breakdowns and a full class sequence to apply what you’ve learned in real time. You’ll leave with a clear framework for teaching the core and practical tools you can apply immediately in your sessions.
Equipment Used:
Mat + Reformer, with application across the full Pilates repertoire
What You’ll Get:
2–2.5 Hour Functional Movement Session + Q&A
A focused Pilates Reformer session breaking down adaptable cueing strategies for different bodies, levels, and class settings.
Exercise Breakdowns
Detailed cueing breakdowns of commonly taught Pilates exercises, with a focus on what’s happening at the hip and how to communicate it clearly.
Strategies, Tips, and Resources
A downloadable slide deck with key concepts, frameworks, and go-to cueing language you can immediately apply.
WHY IT’S THE MOST POPULAR WORKSHOP SERIES
Here’s the thing — no matter how many cues you hear or memorize, none of that will impact your teaching as much as truly understanding the why behind the work.
When you understand the functional movement goals and biomechanics of the exercises you’re teaching, everything changes. You stop searching for cues and class sequences elsewhere or second-guessing yourself— and start teaching with clarity and less advanced planning. Trust me, it’s true.
In this 3-part masterclass series, you’ll learn how to think through the work so you never run out of ways to guide your clients or structure your classes.
