Hello, Chair. Nice to meet you. Being the smallest piece of equipment out of all the Pilates machines, this one, packs a punch. After having gone through the Reformer work, you’ll see that many exercises you already know (like, Footwork) can be done on the Chair too, but from a different perspective (ie., seated vs. supine). Start mentally taking notes of why you would pick to do something on the Chair vs. the Reformer and why. You know we like to keep you thinking, critically.
