Participating in Maria's Mastermind coaching has been an invaluable experience. As a small business owner, I understand the immense value of time, and I can confidently say that this was time and money well spent. Through this program, I have created specific documents that have transformed my business, including a comprehensive handbook, hiring and onboarding materials, and an instructor organizational chart. Additionally, I have established strong systems for client acquisition and retention, employee retention, and overall studio growth.
